Honda Vintage Culture: Designed by a true enthusiast.
By Aaron Gaghagen
Let’s face it, Honda enthusiasts typically dress in one of two ways. It’s usually super brand aware (Sweet knockoff belt, brah!) or IDGAF (What is that smell?). If you don’t know what we’re talking about, just look around at the next meetup or track day.
When it comes to officially licensed Honda gear the choices have been limited to corporate-y logo stuff and awesome Eeffect Apparel. Enter Honda Vintage Culture, a new option that celebrates the heritage of Honda. It’s a clothing line that bridges the gap by being something you can wear that represents our passion while being mainstream fashionable. Fellow enthusiasts will recognize the Honda-ness, for lack of a better term, and the general public will just see a cool design.
This is no accident, because the creator of Honda Vintage Culture is Patrick Calello. He is a designer AND a true Honda enthusiast. We talk with him about the new clothing line and his CR-X that he’s put years, sweat and dollars into just like us and our projects.
