Fabricating Turbo Stuff for Budget EG K23/K20 Hybrid

The K23 engine doesn’t have much in the way of development. Nearly everything we are doing with this setup is adapting or making parts to get it to work with our 5th gen Civic hatchback. There are no off the shelf parts for intercooling the turbo so we need to make it from scratch using small core. Although our radiator is from KTuned and the lower hose is a KTuned swap hose, the upper hose needs to be made. We are so close to getting this thing started.
